My hobby car is a 1987 IROC that I bought in 1990. I made it respectable in the 90's with a ZZ4 350 short block, decent roller cam, TF heads, SLP headers / cat back, injectors etc, rebuilt 700r4 with a 2800 stall and alot of suspension parts. I was going to get rid of it in 2005 but my son popped it out of gear and it impaled itself into my wifes BMW 540i. Had it repaired and resprayed the whole car. Spent lots of hours putting the car back together and replaced every soft part, sticker, lite etc along the way. It is now one of the cleanest IROC's around. The current settup includes AFR 195 Eliminator heads and lump roller cam yet still retains the rare SLP T-Ram intake manifold.
The tune is crap and it really needs an after market computer but it is what it is. A clean IROC, not many around.
